Submission terms.

These terms apply when you submit a photo, video, quote or post to the I AM FLAVOR PARK community wall, by uploading it on this site or by posting it with #IAMFLAVORPARK or tagging @flavorpark and approving our request to feature it.

You keep ownership

Your content stays yours. Submitting it does not transfer ownership to Flavor Park.

Permission to repost and feature, with credit

By submitting, you give Flavor Park (an Ideal Apparel brand) a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show, repost and feature your content on iamflavorpark.com, flavorpark.com and Flavor Park's social media channels. We will credit you by your name or handle when we feature it.

Your original work

You confirm that you created the content yourself, or that you have the rights to share it, and that everyone shown in it has agreed to be included.

Age

You confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have a parent's or guardian's permission to submit.

Review and removal

• We review every submission. Submitting does not guarantee it will be featured.
• We won't feature content that is offensive, unsafe or infringes anyone's rights.
• Want something you submitted taken down? Contact us through @flavorpark on Instagram and we'll remove it from the wall.

Your details

We use the name, email and handle you give us only to review your submission, contact you about it and credit you. If you opt in, we'll also send you Flavor Park news.
